I have not tried the restaurant but just will say they have the best pastry options on the westside! They literally have like 20 options including gluten free selections and everything is so tasty! My favorites are the ricotta cake and the banana walnut loaf. They also have mini grocer section which has some unique high quality options. Also some good potential gifts for the foodies in your life! My only qualm is that i am not a big fan of their matcha.

Farmshop has been over for well over ten years, and my sorry self finally made its way over on a random Tuesday. What brought me here specifically was the fact a coffee shop I like stopped carrying their delicious chocolate croissants. After some poking around, I discovered the coffee place had them brought in from here. This made me very happy since I knew where I could find a reliable croissant. Turning onto 26th St. from San Vicente, I dreaded seeing the valet umbrellas in the lot so I noticed some metered parking on both sides of the street. Hopefully you're lucky where you will find one on your side; as turning around on this busy street will be tough during peak hours. I think .25 cents earns you 12 minutes (which is great compared to say, BH or West Hollywood) and I made my way down a random pathway, thankfully seeing signs for Farmshop. I had to wait in a small line but I didn't mind this as it gave me time to check things out. Beside me was prepared food that looked Really good, while the pastries and such in front of me didn't help. A nice guy helped me out with my order of oat milk cocoa and what I originally came in for. My name was called a few minutes later for my drink and I was on my way. Passing through the sit down restaurant area up front, there was a large amount of people in this area, and there might have been a patio outside through another door. As for what I purchased, I enjoyed everything, especially the cocoa which was actually HOT! I would consider coming back here due to a great first experience, even with the dreaded parking situation, the food was worth it.

Confused as to why this establishment has such low ratings. It is such a cute neighborhood restaurant with quality food. Everyone from the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I recommend coming here to grab a bite if you're at the mart. Definitely will be back to check out their weekend brunch. That olive oil to the sourdough is amazinggggg!

My first time here and I was so spoiled by my friends. We got the large portion of caviar to share. 9/10. the caviar could have been better(?) like a bit more poppy. Crispy artichokes come with pear and burrata. 8.5/10. Pastrami sandwich- 8.5/10. Spicy crab pasta- 10/10. Egg frittata- 6/10. goat cheese was the best part of it. carrot cake- 9/10. very moist and not too sweet. located in a shared space with a grocery store. loud and crowded during lunch.

The market is beautiful, full of high-end food items requiring varying levels of preparation. Priced accordingly given the prime location in Brentwood/Santa Monica. Even for a Thursday lunch, Farmshop requires a reservation and our early arrival has us waiting for our table. Only half the tables were occupied at any given time so I would have appreciated it if they offered us a seat with some water right then. The food is good. Great ingredients in a fresh and earthy Avocado Hummus. Perfect on crispy strips of lavash, best when shared. The House Made Pastrami is an entree, a great little rye and tender meat combo with a side of slaw. Good, straightforward food, stuff you'll feel good eating. You'll leave full, not stuffed, at a cost that is not unsubstantial. A lovely place for a treat but a bit too luxe for a regular stop.
